Kicak, special Ramadan dish from Kauman village Yogyakarta




One of the typical dishes of Yogyakarta that is commonly found in Ramadan is Kicak.

Kicak is a cake that is usually available at Ramadhan Food Center in Kauman village, Yogyakarta.

Kicak recipe

• Sticky rice
• Grated coconut
• Thick coconut milk
• Brown sugar
• Jackfruit

How to make Kicak:
